Working with photographer Adam Hinton was a delight. The image below was shot in Mumbai of a slum built under a bridge on top of a sewage pipe. Combining over 20 images blended and balanced with grad work and correct perspective throughout to create this panoramic shot with a medley of natural interaction throughout.

The Operators worked closely with Dirk Rees to develop and formulate a specific colour stylisation for his new personal series. Representing power and strength through the game of water polo and dynamic water movement, The Operators helped enhance and define the texture and detail within the series.

We packed our bags and off we went on location in Munich Germany for 9 days. Dragging our retouch kit behind us, we set up for the first 4 days on set retouching. With all eyes on screen, styles and colour were implemented with direction from all parties. Photographer, agency and client. With the first set moving ahead. All kit was packed up and moved into the hotel room. With 24 images to complete within 9 days there was no time for relaxing and the project had to be moved on to meet strict deadlines. We rose to the challenge by hit the mark with all images and celebrated at the end Munich style in one of the classic bear kellars.
“We shot the highly confidential 200EX project for Rolls-Royce. This meant being ‘holed-up’ in a Munich studio for several weeks. Due to a large number of shots and an ambitious deadline, we needed a creative retoucher on location who could get started immediately and continue working as we shot in tandem. The Operators understood exactly what were trying to achieve and together with the photographer, Kulbir Thandi, produced a dramatic and beautiful series of images.â€
