The Operators specialise in high end creative photographic retouching for the photographer and creative. From colour tweaks to multi-part composites, we work from concept to fruition and develop complementary colour palettes and stylisations to realise and enhance your concepts.

CGI

We pride ourselves on our razor sharp reaction to new technologies, and have invested in our own CGi studio, ready to take the photographers ideals to the next level. Able to model concepts from initial sketches, we can help pre-visualise and explore conceptual / creative ideas.

Bringing life to the form, our highly skilled texture artists can create convincing materials and shaders, adding detail and form to the desired element. The overall lighting is then compiled from both HDRi and 3D studio lighting, conjuring a mood and feel of integration between 3D and photography and blending them seamlessly together.

This finalised 3D element need not stop here. Built from a model specifically rigged for movement, or an animation from a purpose-built hinged skeleton, we can push to the full and final level. We breathe life into your still image and expose your original concepts to the realms of limitless possibility.

FTP

As a client of The Operators you will receive your own personal dedicated online FTP for ease of storage and transfer of files. As the client you will have full access to all your files under one log in. Furthermore any client of yours will have direct access to their relevant files within your FTP with their own dedicated log in ID. Available any day, any time and on any browser, The Operators log in system will streamline your professional relations.

GMG CERTIFIED DIGITAL CROMALINS

With award winning GMG Colour Proof software we produce highly accurate Frogra certified CMYK proofs. Working within a controlled colour managed system recommended by the European Colour Initiative, each CMYK Digital Proof is produced to our own higher tolerances, ensuring each print supplied by The Operators exceeds accuracy recommendations.

We handle our proofs in a controlled lighting environment to ensuring true colour and maximum impact from the image. Each control strip on every proof is meticulously hand read to ensure colour balance and consistency throughout the line.

Each carefully crafted print therefore assuredly carries the GMG certification – giving our clients faultless confidence with their clients when using our reproductions.
